It's made as a spagyric extract: the plant is extracted, then the minerals left behind are returned to the liquid, so the whole plant ends up in the bottle.

Does pine pollen contain testosterone?
Yes. In 1971 Šaden-Krehula and colleagues isolated testosterone from Scots pine pollen. It was the first time the hormone had been found in any plant.
What did the studies in men find?
In a 2024 pilot by Wolkodoff and colleagues, 10 men aged 47 to 78 took a pine pollen tincture for 8 weeks. Their average total testosterone rose from 362.5 to 448.4 ng/dL, and their qADAM scores went from 23.9 to 31.7. In a 2025 study by Haase and colleagues, 11 men aged 25 to 50 saw free testosterone rise from 10.48 to 11.72 ng/dL, and SHBG fell.
